About SnugQuote
SnugQuote exists because getting a window price in the UK is harder than it should be. Most quote websites demand your name and phone number before showing you anything — then the calls start. We built the opposite: answer five questions, see a realistic price range immediately, and only share your details if you decide you want firm quotes.
What we do
We publish researched cost guides and run a free estimate tool built on published 2026 UK price data, adjusted for your region. If you choose to go further, we introduce you to vetted, FENSA/CERTASS-registered installers who quote for your job. That introduction is free to you and always optional — the estimate works without it.
The rules we hold ourselves to
- Estimate first. You see prices before anyone sees your contact details.
- Named recipients. Our consent wording tells you exactly who your details go to, and you can withdraw at any time.
- Certified firms only. Window installation must be certified under Building Regulations — we only work with registered installers.
- Transparent funding. We may be paid a fee by installers and networks when we make an introduction. It never changes your price — full explanation here.
- Dated, sourced content. Every price on this site carries a review date and a source. When the market moves, we update the numbers.
Who is behind it
SnugQuote is a trading style of Optimal Chain Ltd, a UK company (no. 16589599) registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office for data protection (ICO registration pending (applied July 2026)).
